Excellent service from start to finish and very reasonably priced. Even had a call 30 minutes before attending to confirm they were on the way. Other electricians could take a leaf out of their book! Ben and his team did an outstanding job re-wiring my house, completed ahead of schedule to a high professional standard, the lads cleaned up after themselves and were a pleasure to be around. No ask was too big, even explaining everything as they went. From initial contact to quote to installation was a seamless process no hassle. BS Electrical - Highly Recommended and great communications from start to finish. Made a nice change for a trade person to follow through after so many failed "no shows" from other electricians. Ben & Phil completed my EV charger installation within 2 hours and the power was only off for 20 minutes or so. Arrived early, professional job, cleaned up after themselves and even helped with setting the unit and the App up for me. Crucially, I received the quote the same day. They provided all the necessary details before the works took place. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work, explaining what they had done and advising me of potential future works which may be needed. I am pleased with the work done by the team. They installed a new bathroom extractor fan quickly and efficiently, and the quality of the work was excellent. BS Electrical did a great job. They came out within a couple of days to price up the job and advise on what lamps to use to replace outside lighting and lighting in the garage and loft space. Then they came out a few days later and did the job quickly and neatly. We are very pleased with the lamps they recommended and fitted.
